Her next project was to make her film debut with an independent film Because of Winn-Dixie. Then she portrayed the character Violet Beauregarde, starring alongside Tim Burton in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Also, she has appeared in Race to Witch Mountain, Soul Surfer and The Way Way Back. Carrie Bradshaw, the main character in The Carrie Diaries (2013) and 2014 on The CW, was her most prominent role. In 2019, Lacey played Gypsy Blanchard's neighbor as Gypsy Blanchard's neighbor in The Act, a Hulu miniseries. AnnaSophia Robb has been an American actor, singer, and model since 2005.
